Pumpkin Spice Greek Yogurt Dip

 

Ingredients

  • 4 cups Low-fat  Vanilla Greek Yogurt (1-2% Milkfat)

  • 2 cups pure pumpkin 

  • 2 tsp vanilla 

  • 2 tsp cinnamon 

  • ½ tsp nutmeg

  • ½ tsp ground cloves (optional)

Preparation

Place all ingredients in a food processor or blender and pulse until smooth. 

Pour into a serving bowl. 

Add JUST A DOLLOP of Greek yogurt and sprinkle of cinnamon. 

Serve with sliced fruit or graham crackers.

Serving size: 2 tbs
