Crack Chicken

 

Ingredients

  • 1 cup water 

    4 tsp Ranch Dressing mix, plus additional as needed (½ of a1 ounce packet)

    1 ½ pounds boneless skinless chicken breast 

    8 ounces cream cheese (lite or greek whipped) 

    Freshly ground black pepper, to taste (optional)

Directions:

Cook chicken in oven, crockpot or in a skillet until done. 

Shred chicken with 2 forks.

Mix ranch packet with water until dissolved, then add to shredded chicken.

Add cream cheese and black pepper and mix well.

Serve on a lettuce wrap, low carb tortilla wrap, sandwich or on a bed of lettuce.
