Overnight Oats
Ingredients
½ cup oats
½ cup Unsweetened Almond Milk
¼ cup Low Fat Plain Greek Yogurt (1% or 2% fat)
¼ cup fruit, nuts, (fresh, canned (rinse juice)
Directions:
Add dry oats, almond milk and yogurt and mix together.
Add fruit, nuts and/or other “mix-ins” and mix together.
1 of the following: 1 tbsp Truvia Sweet Complete Brown Sugar , Peanut Butter, Honey or Bake Believe Chocolate Chips (no sugar added),
1 tsp of cinnamon can be added as a mix-in.
Add JUST A DOLLOP of yogurt on top and refrigerate.
